Who these terms are between

These terms apply when you use the SoftKarrot workspace and client portal at softkarrot.com or the SoftKarrot Android app (com.softkarrot.app), operated by SoftKarrot. By signing in you agree to them.

Accounts

SoftKarrot is invite-only. Your account is created by an administrator of the organisation you work with, who also decides which projects and features you can use. Keep your password to yourself and tell us or your administrator straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time — see how.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SoftKarrot to:

• harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone;
• share hateful, sexually explicit, violent or illegal content;
• send spam or malware, or try to break or overload the service;
• access projects, conversations or vault entries you have not been given;
• upload content you do not have the right to share.

You can block people and report messages or AI responses from inside the app. Administrators review reports and may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you write and upload. Content you add to a project or send to a conversation is shared with the people in it and is part of your organisation’s project records; it stays with the project if your account is deleted, de-attributed as our privacy policy describes. You give us the permission we need to store, display and transmit it in order to run the service.

AI features

AI assistance is generated by third-party models (Google Gemini, xAI Grok) and can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Review AI output before you rely on it or apply it, and report anything harmful from the screen that shows it. Do not send an AI feature secrets or personal data you are not allowed to share with those providers.

The service

We work to keep SoftKarrot available and secure, but it is provided “as is”, without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect you. To the extent the law allows, SoftKarrot is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Your organisation’s separate agreement with SoftKarrot, if any, takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

Ending use

You can stop using SoftKarrot and delete your account whenever you like. Your organisation can remove your access, and we may remove an account that breaks these terms.
